Waited two hours when I had made an appointment to avoid that. Just for them to spend two minutes with me and send me on my way.

By acutally having the Doctor talk to you and not look at you like youre disgusting. Went there Saturday, literally not more then 3 minutes with me, here some antibiotics and be on your way.. I can see it now, a bill in the mail for 300 plus dollars for being talked to for like 3 minutes. Totally pathetic care.
Dr. Millan is the best Dr. I've ever had. She truly cares and is as sharp as a tack ... doesn't miss a thing ! Her assistant Andrea is awesome too along with the rest of the staff ... very efficient ! If Dr. Millan is out her back up is Phoebe Robinson who is top notch too ... She's great ! I've been going here for a long time and I'm very grateful for my Dr. and I can't thank Her enough ... I also want to rave about the efficient Employees up front ! The wait time here is atrocious regardless of whether you have an appointment.
Heads up! This is not an "urgent care" which could affect how much your insurance pays. I needed stitches recently and the doc actually did a good job. My beef is with the billing department. This urgent care clinic is in my network and should be covered 100% after a $20 co-pay. But, it seems Providence doesn't want to pay the necessary fees to be an "urgent" care, so they are an "immediate" care clinic.
