I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Providence. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Nathan for a routine, preventive annual checkup. I did not request or receive any treatment, yet I am being billed for an office visit. This feels misleading and unfair. I feel overcharged and taken advantage of, especially as a long-time patient who trusted Providence to provide honest and transparent care.
