Dr. Cataldo and his staff are awesome! Their patient care is unparalleled, they're a great team and they all work very hard. I'm certain that whatever Providence is paying them is not enough!
My wife severely injured both knees 3 weeks ago. She has tried to communicate with her provider via MyChart and the phone, but there are regularly several days between replies, and even when there are replies, her questions are not answered. We are still waiting on any information for a disability placard. Her provider, Gretchen Hillman, has been on vacation and no one has made any effort to see her.
