The staff called and canceled my appointment with less than a week's notice after I waited 3 1/2 months to be seen by them. I was told to wait another 3 months for another doctor to become available and when I expressed that was not an acceptable option due to my condition, the receptionist called me rude, said "doctors are people too," and told me to find a new cardiologist. I called their friendly neighbors at Western Washington Medical Group and was offered a new patient appointment within 10 days.
Don’t go here for major heart operations. Go to UW medical they are more equipped to preform major surgeries. Seriously do not risk it, it costed me my Dad’s life.
