Dr. Kwak is incredibly kind and makes you feel comfortable sorting your appointment. Reception team was friendly. It did take 6 months to get an appointment, but that's to be expected with a specialist.
Find a Dermatologist that really gives a damn about his patients. Doctor Pena, and I use that term sparingly, is not interested is helping patients. I have a fungal infection that needed attention. After the exam, he told me to take OTC fungal cream with zinc oxide. It didn't work. The told me to use Atheletes Foot cream. It hasn't improved. So, I tried to schedule an other appointment. Unprofessional dermatologist acts all grossed out when you share skin concerns during an appointment. Never have I ever witnessed a medical professional act so unprofessional. On top of that she denied my medication when it was clear, my infection was still ongoing. Luckily, I was able to book an appointment with another dermatologist elsewhere so I will no longer be putting their negligent behavior they call "care".
