Unprofessional dermatologist acts all grossed out when you share skin concerns during an appointment. Never have I ever witnessed a medical professional act so unprofessional. On top of that she denied my medication when it was clear, my infection was still ongoing. Luckily, I was able to book an appointment with another dermatologist elsewhere so I will no longer be putting their negligent behavior they call "care". I booked an appointment with this clinic over 14 months ago for November of 2025, and today, they called me to reschedule said appointment because a doctor had “PTO he HAD to take”. Upon trying to reschedule the appointment, they attempted pushed it out into January 2026. This is for a 15 minute appointment to establish patient care. My partner had an appointment at this facility. He waited at the Occupational Medicine Check-In for over 15 minutes. There were two clerks at the Immediate Check-In windows. When my partner asked if there was someone that could check him in, she very rudely replied that she works for another department and that she had her job to do. I couldn't believe her response.
