I booked an appointment with this clinic over 14 months ago for November of 2025, and today, they called me to reschedule said appointment because a doctor had “PTO he HAD to take”. Upon trying to reschedule the appointment, they attempted pushed it out into January 2026. This is for a 15 minute appointment to establish patient care. My partner had an appointment at this facility. He waited at the Occupational Medicine Check-In for over 15 minutes. There were two clerks at the Immediate Check-In windows. When my partner asked if there was someone that could check him in, she very rudely replied that she works for another department and that she had her job to do. I couldn't believe her response. Avoid at all costs. They should get NEGATIVE numbers. The staff are roundly inept. Even when I spelled out how the 3rd party prescriptions worked they messed it all up and then blamed ME for not calling it in myself. From initial scheduling till now their customer “service” has been anything but. They blame everyone else INCLUDING me as a patient. The Dr’s. Are fine but the support staff isn’t a service or support team. They’re inept and need training.

My appointment was today after waiting since last year to get in. When I got there they said my appointment was at 3:15, not 3:30. I have a lot of appointments and I got it mixed up. The registrar said we had to reschedule and the doctor had left for the day. So, now my appointment isn’t until April! I know I have at least 4 spots of concern. Health care is going in the toilet.

Very caring and thorough. Dr. Treister and assistant, Zack, made me feel comfortable and at ease for my yearly visit. I grew up in the 80s ( no sunblock) in southern California, so I have a lot of sun damage to examine. Dr Treister is thoughtful and listened to me with care and compassion. I highly recommend Bridgeport Dermatology. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming from check in to check out.
