Great docs and staff
I made an appt 6 months out, then they moved my appt another six months out because a prover left. After one year wait I got denied seeing the provider because I was 5 minutes late due to an unexpected traffic accident jam. Terrible. They don’t care about their patients. We wait forever for them and they can’t allow 5 minutes for us? Wow.
Found a melanoma on my back the I was unaware of. Without this early intervention, who knows if I'd be here to write this post
Dr. Kwak is incredibly kind and makes you feel comfortable sorting your appointment. Reception team was friendly. It did take 6 months to get an appointment, but that's to be expected with a specialist.
Find a Dermatologist that really gives a damn about his patients. Doctor Pena, and I use that term sparingly, is not interested is helping patients. I have a fungal infection that needed attention. After the exam, he told me to take OTC fungal cream with zinc oxide. It didn't work. The told me to use Atheletes Foot cream. It hasn't improved. So, I tried to schedule an other appointment.
