The whole staff is caring and conscientious. The clinic and its facilities are modern, clean and appealing. I appreciate the nurses' responsiveness and the front desk staff's kindness.

On Sept 25th I scheduled a new patient appointment for Oct 31st. I was called today 10/27 (just 3 business days before my appointment that had been scheduled for over a month) and told the Dr. does not see new patients then and his next available date was in February. I was told I received a call two weeks ago but I have no record of a call or voice mail other than a robo-call giving covid info about the appointment I also received no email other than the confirmation. Office staff tried to spin it was my fault.
Everyone is so nice and the nurses are so helpful. Dr. Nguyen exsplains so that you can understand. He really listens to what I'm saying and super nice.
