Don't come here if your looking to get any occupational work done. They never have nurses and the next closest is all the way in tanasbourne. Just go there first.
I am giving 2 stars instead of zero only because although Providence does everything in their power to make patient care difficult and inaccessible, Dr. Nancy Chang is AMAZING. My PCP is Dr. Nancy Chang. She's highly attentive and thorough. She takes the time to explain medical information in depth, outlining both the benefits and potential risks of everything we talk about. However, I'm disappointed with the recent change in scheduling procedures. Previously, she was able to schedule follow-up appointments directly, in person or via telehealth, which was much more convenient. Came for a simple work order for drug test, waited almost 2 hours, then had to wait an additional 45 minutes because they had lost my ID and couldn’t find it because the front desk went home for the day? Weirdly unprofessional.
