Had an awful experience with Axminster Medical Group customer service so of course when I googled them I was not surprised to see many similar reviews. It took 2 weeks to get an approved authorization when it should have taken a couple of days max. THEN once i got my approval I contacted the approved doctor to schedule an appointment and I was told that they don't accept this insurance and medical group.
