Strange feeling walking in, no one at the rest on in the front room. Signs everywhere tell you you to "not stand by the counter" "don't knock on the door" all signs saying to sit down and wait. I sapose the instructions are fine. But everything they don't wanna you to do is in bold or underlined. Making the place feel unwelcoming like they are tired of talking to people that don't do as there signs indicate. Really fast process and staff was really nice!
Huge shoutout to Hayden! I had to get my blood drawn for the first time and I was honestly terrified. He was so kind and made me feel at ease right away. He even played “Complicated” by Avril Lavigne for me and sang along while doing the draw. It turned a really nerve-wracking moment into something fun and comforting.
