Short version -- I called ahead to make sure everything was in order for my son's tests. I was told everything was good, come on in whenever. I take half a day off work to get them done, only to find out everything wasn't in order. Walk-ins weren't appropriate for that kind of test. Apparently the people on the phone aren't to be believed. At least they made no effort to make it better.
I had my first experience these past 2 weeks with getting a mammogram, ultrasound and biopsy. After talking to other people regarding their experiences there and different places. I must have received a royal treatment. Every person was happy and positive and to the techs who did my biopsy they were the greatest. A time when things were scary, they made me feel so comfortable. I'm very grateful that my experience was one of comfort.
I was sent to collections even tho I'm making payments & my acct is in good standings. To begin with Prov Imaging AK in Anch billed wrong insurance (many yrs old) even tho I gave them new insurance when I scheduled my appt & during the phone pre-registration on phone & AGAIN in person when they took a copy of my card. I had to call & square that away when I got their invoice saying you aren't under insurance overrate please pay in full. Once it was submitted to correct insura...Continue Reading
