in the years i've been a member i've never once been by seen my pcp, my wife has no problem getting an appt with her provider they give me the run around several times on my BP meds refills - this is maintenance medecine, why all the games they schedule a lab, don't tell me to fast so it raises all sorts of false positives which freak me out only to find out a week later it was a nothingburger I can hardly wait for Oct 15, so I can select a new provider

Excellent, caring, and thorough doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Lee. I saw him today -- he listened carefully to everything I said and ordered tests accordingly. He educated me on how to take care of a condition I have, which my primary care doctor never helped me with. He treated me like a family member. I am very grateful to this doctor.

Beware! Your health, in the hands of Linh Dao, will come in a distant second to billing. Vancouver clinic (87th Ave) and Dr. Dao have only two interests. Take advantage of the nobility in medicine and the little trust the public has left in doctors to bleed you out of every dime they can scam out of you! My health insurance has a wellness plan. Once a year I go in for my annual physical and I tells Linh Dao and staff to bill the physical under my annual wellness plan. Linh Dao has never billed my annual physical under the we... read more

A big Thank You to the surgical staff - you are terrific - nurses Kelsey and Melody for pre and post op care and nurse Ellen in the OR. You are incredibly dedicated to the care and welfare of your patients. A shout out to Dr. Kathleen Turner, surgeon, and Dr. Aamera Thazyeen, anesthesiologist, you are stars! You are both so skilled and talented, answered all of my questions and didn't rush me when I had to make decisions. Thanks to all for making an anxiety inducing procedure less so and putting me back on the path to welln... read more

Called on 6/23/25. Talk to Jasmine. She starts off and says that I'm scheduled for therapy at the Fowler location. That ticked me off. She called me rude when I complained about how the other girl on Fowler who was trying to schedule me there on Fowler, I told this scheduler twice, once in front of her on Friday and second time on Saturday that I wanted to do my therapy at the Lee location because it's closest to my home. I summarized this to Jasmine. That is when Jasmine said to me that there's no need to be rude. She al... read more

Upon arriving to meet up with my husband in Emergency the security guard was sooo ghetto to me after I went thru the security alarm area. He instantly instructed me to give him my purse so he would check for knives or a gun as he shouted it out to all. My 7" by 4" little purse which does not hold much was no threat, Wow how insulting, bad day? They have all of these little signs as to how you as a customer should act yet they hire these ghetto security guards who are straight out of the projects with attitudes. You know tha... read more

These people are in sore need of conscious-raising, and further extensive training into domestic violence and professional issues. My husband was brought to the Holy Family Emergency Room by the Spokane Police. When speaking with their attending physician ( Dr. Selene was great !!!) this medical doctor LITERALLY told me that he did not believe my battering husband could be capable of what I described and had reported because, according to this medical doctor, HE had treated my husband when he went to the Spokane Veteran'... read more

The food service department is an utter joke. Food arrives cold, doesn’t come as described in the menu. Plus there is no process for complaints. Like complaint cards for how did we do and what can we do to improve. Seems all they do is mess up orders

First off, their new check-in service is ridiculous, over complicated and a complete time waster. Even after checking in early we still waited 20 minutes AFTER our appointment time…for a flu vaccine. (wth?) If our children's doctor wasn’t located here I’d definitely go elsewhere. Keeping two children entertained for over 30 minutes in a boring office setting blows. :(
