Even though my waiting room time ran long, the staff was amazing and I received top notch care. My situation wasn't as urgent as others and I was happy to wait my turn. I hope I don't get sick enough to ever need you guys again, but if I do, I hope I get sent to PPMC. Thank you!
Never follow up, told me to be there at one time and they messed up their scheduling. Secondly, drove all the way here for them to tell us to go somewhere else. They need to figure out a better system. Never want to go here again.

Dr. Thompson has a poor bedside manner. His ignorance and lack of respect for his patients is in excusable. The only reason You Got Two Stars is due to the excellent care your nurses provide
The nurses are amazing, but one of the doctors left a lot to be desired. He acted like my brother didn't have a right to want to live. He even went as far as saying that no doctor would ever agree with his decision to go on a feeding tube. I can understand being up front with him about the quality of life he can expect, but we certainly didn't need or want his personal opinion on the subject. I hope Dr D is never faced with such a difficult decision.
