Let me preface this with i don't blame the poor people who answer the phone they can't help that the company they work for is inconsiderate. i called 4x and was totally dissapointed i requested a list to treat adolescents. i called the first 4 drs. 2 were sole geriatric. one was the wrong number altogether. i called to speak to a care manager an was hold 20 minutes so i had to call back. i am on hold as i write this its been 12 minutes and am still waiting for a care manager ...... personally i think they really don't care :... read more
