I moved n2 dis apartment in March. They were cool and accomodating. There willing 2 work with u b cause honestly no one n there right mind honestly wants 2 live here. The scenary is terrible. Alot of the apartments are borded up and empty. Theyve had 2 fires n a period of about 6 months. I got evicted from here and honestly that was the best thing that could have happened b cause i love da apartments im at now and da unit dat i lived n caught fire so thank god me and my son was not there. I moved here in June 2007 and wish that I hadnt. The management is so GHETTO and unprofessiona;. The manger never returned my calls. I was informed in January that my key was "missing" from the office and they would not change my locks. I come home last week to find that someone has been in my apartment, they stole food went through my belongings and took some of my children toys. But my key was "missing". I am now moving out in 2 weeks and cant wait. The girls in the office are rude and needs to be slapped.But i hear they f... read more
I moved in these apts in March 08 and been unhappy ever since i dont recommend my worst enemy to live here. my tub has been peeling since march 1 st 08 and called maintenance, leasing ofc on several occasions talk to numerous people without any success. These apts are straight up GHETTO but be late on your rent eviction notice in the mail asap...i dont mind paying rent but why should i when im living under these conditions let me tell u there are other apts in the area thats much better than these apts yeah the rent is somew... read more

I lived @ these apartment July 07 to sept 07. My leasing agent, Raquel told me I could have my dog there but she was lying. I called them in august to come out and spray for roaches and that was when i was informed that they dont allow dogs! Clearly I wouldnt have sneaked my dog in then told on myself! The apartments are like the projects! Men just hanging out all hours of the night, loud in the parking lot....my 1st week there my neighbor down the hall had his door kicked in, it was hanging off the hinges!
