I have lived at P. Green since August 2009, I paid my rent on time every month. I understand kids are going play and be loud, what I have experinced is just horrible. The enterence doors to the building is not secure, because everytime it is fixed someone break it. My mailbox was tampered with several times. People leave there belongings in the common walkway, trash everywhere, children running up and down in and out all times of the night. I lived there for over 5 years. Thats the worst apartment I havent seen. Few years ago, someone broke my the door and stolen my camcorder, my coins change, even though they open my refrigerator to took beers !! I was shocked when I got home and I called police to had report. They can break out the washing machine to take momey! Thats why now they replace by token. Be carefull, they can ask you a dollar for drugs. In the night, they turn on music too loud until 2-3 a.m. There are a lot of people working, but when you call to ... read more

I moved here Jan 2009, My only complaint is the wobbly floors and they sent somebody to repair them. 5 months later it was wobbling again and I was ignored. I had to renew my lease becoz I cant afford to move. Becoz of medical issues I got a 2 bdrm horror apt. The floors are not safe, the bathroom is completely insane. The tub and kitchen sink was painted with house paint and is peeling and all I seem to get is promises and disappointment. The kitchen cabinets are not flush with the wall. I moved into Providence Green Apartments because of the price. There were some noise problems, but the new management took care of it. Now they are putting gates in plus a new fitness center.
