I was here for more than 11hrs and was only seen by the doctor for 10mins. She ordered a ctscan on top of all the urine,blood test and ekg and imaging. When i check the results mostly shows abnormal and it does say that i have heart enlargement. After all of this result came out the nurse came to see me with a discharge notice saying how i need to see my primary care to schedule a pelvic ultrasound but the doctor never came back to discuss anything about the results what to do and not to do what to take and not to take after... read more

getting a hold of the urology department has been a hassle. I’ve been trying to call for the last two hours and it says there’s nobody available to take my call cause all the caregivers are busy. That’s just insane. It’s awful.!!

This is a Very good Hospital but Management sucks. Worked at 10N/10S - During my time on 10N under manager Anneke Zwick, I experienced a highly toxic and unsupportive work environment. Staff were often treated with disrespect, and I witnessed repeated unprofessional and belittling behavior toward team members. The atmosphere created fear instead of collaboration, leading to high turnover and low morale. When these concerns were brought to HR, no meaningful action was taken.
