"GREAT DOCTOR" My husband and I have been with Dr. Thead every since he started with the Office in Saraland. Since September 2008 until July of 2010 I was in his Office just about every week. Due to my conidtion he work with me by keeping me out of pain and trying to keep me so I could live with myself. His Staff was GREAT back then. But when they changed Office Mangers. DR. Missing Dr. Thead I will miss Dr. Thead SO much! He was the BEST physician we found after moving to Alabama. He was very understanding and sensitive. I will say that while I have not met the new doctor yet, I am already unhappy. They have switched to an automated system and everytime I try to get an appointment by pressing "2" the line is busy. This NEVER happened with Dr. Thead being there. He ALWAYS made sure his patients were taken care of. I hope I like the new dr.....if I can ever get an appointment. I miss you Dr. Thea... read more
my visit to dr I will miss Dr Thead at providence. I had started going there last year . He treated you and always made sure you understood your illness and how to properly take your meds. And you never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get in to see him. You were in and out in a jiffy.
