Came here at 9am. Had an appointment. No one showed up.
I 100% recommend this Express care center and the amazing doctor KELLY! my mom and I went in yesterday for clogged ears and she was attentive, kind, and helpful from the start of even making the appt to the very end! we had same day treatment and Kelly went above and beyond to ensure that my mom and I left with unclogged ears & she did just that and more! she showed that caring and kind doctors actually DO exist! 10/10!! thank you kelly!!
The NP here, Sharon Kelly, is amazing! She took her time to listen and did not rush at all. She went through every test to rule out what may be cause a sore throat. I love how she gave a detailed plan on a after visit summary before we went home. I definitely recommend seeing her. A very nice and sweet lady!
Scheduled an 8:20am appointment, nobody there, waited an hour, still nobody showed up. Called their help line, they tried calling the clinic, no answer, suggested I try virtual visit, "not accepting virtual visits at this time" was what they displayed, refreshed for 20 minutes trying to see if I could get one, same message. Completely useless as an urgent care
They are conveniently locatedinside the Walgreens pharmacy. You do have to call to set up an appointment, they don't take walkins.. I absolutely recommend this Express care facility. The Nurse practitioner was very professional and took her time to evaluate me with no rush. They have their own small lab in there. It was awsome to have it all done in one place.
