After fighting this crud for 2 weeks, and one doctor who said basically take 2 aspirin, from the time I came in the door, the receptionist, the nurse and the doctor were wonderful. Everyone made me feel like I was not a bother and my health was important to them. After what they did-- 24 hours later I am on the mend. Thanks again for everything.
No complaints about the staff. Receptionist & nurses were friendly. The wait however, was just ridiculously long. I was sent by my primary care physician to check for flu & strep since he was full today. They open at 9 & I arrived there at 10:30am. There was only one other person in the waiting room & I was told I was second in line to be seen. I sat & waited for an hour before being called back. The waiting room was now full of people. Have visited this office many times. Always get friendly and quick medical care. The office staff are friendly and polite. The doctor and PA's are knowledge and efficient. The office and patient rooms are clean and orderly. Always my first call if my kids are sick.
Great care. Doctor was very thorough and explained everything to me. I was back on my feet the next day.
When you go to this place it's like you are in the emergency room. You wait 2 hours in the room not the waiting room. The front desk is not friendly what so ever. And then while waiting in the room my 2 year old son fell asleep while waiting 30 plus minutes!! They definitely need to improve on a lot of things
