Being seen here was so fast, easy and professional -- and affordable. It's especially great for simple diagnoses that benefit from starting to treat whatever it is quickly, for example if a prescription is needed. It's a wonderful resource when you can't get in to see your doctor in a timely manner or if you don't have a doctor. It also makes it super easy to find an appointment that fits into your schedule. I am grateful this resource exists!
Everyone was very nice and efficient. I was quickly diagnosed with pneumonia and prescribed meds. I was very pleased with my experience here.
I had an in-person appointment to be seen in the morning (confirmed in Providence MyChart), but no one came out. Waited 20 minutes and finally called the help line. The ExpressCare office was closed for the day and was only taking virtual appointments. They didn’t contact me to tell me this, so I wasted my time and didn’t get any care. It was my first time trying one of these ExpressCares and it will be my last.
I took my 4 yr old on to be seen. Both the provider and her medical assistant we so wonderful. They made going to the doctor such a positive experience. The appointment was easy to schedule online and and we were in and out rapidly!
Highly recommend! Easy to book appointment online and you get in and out quickly! The doctors and nurses are always friendly and do a really good job.
