Folks this agency is not up to standard, no respect to PAITENTS COME FIRST.my provider put in for a referral for thermal imaging,this agency didn't even respond. I waited months for an appt, they called me early asking me to sign in army so I could get in since the doctor scheduled a surgery at my appt time which makes no sense. I waited in the room for 35 min and he didn’t show. I called and waited on hold for 15 min before someone could talk to me, then the doctor had the nerve to ask me to wait another 20 minutes which would have put me at my actual appt time, COMPLETELY WASTED MY TIME!!!! Dr Hsu was nothing short of amazing. He took time to give me pros and cons of my spine surgery. I felt that he really cared about my overall health and outcome from my surgery. After three different surgeries my life is finally back on track thanks to him.
