As if the the horrible experience of needing medicine and the burden of paying for it wasn’t enough- you have to make people suffer even more by charging them parking. Shame on you.
Don't charge for sitting in a chair to have a conversation with your Dr. and call it a specialty room. When it's not. Just a Dr's office with 2 chairs. False charges. Yes I called the business Office, my insurance company. Had a 3 party conversation and your representative agreed it was an additional copay for the room. Agreed to false charges, but wasn't allowed to correct.
RecommendedMy daughter in law is receiving care for her cancer. The recent decision to charge for parking creates a hardship for families already facing difficult times. I wish they would validate parking for the patients.
Great staff and Doctors. Felt very secure and no judgement.
