This place is a medical dumpster fire. As a retired paramedic I have had extant experience in medical emergencies, trauma, differential diagnosis, triage, and patient care. I am from out of town and brought a family member here that was experiencing extreme medical crisis. I googled the nearest ER and this facility was the closest. I had no diagnostic equipment with me but her irregular pulse, shallow accessory muscle respiration , pallid complexion and extreme chest pain suggested possible cardiac emergency. The people there are top notch. From the PA to the physician, they were friendly and thorough. The physician took time to thoroughly explain everything and answered all our questions in a way that could easily be understood and without talking down to us.
