I’ve being a patient here for about ten years. Things were good until the last few years. Now I have to schedule appointments 3 months out to see/talk to my doctor about anything. If I ask a question through My Chart it goes through a “Virtual Care Team” first and takes at least 5 days for a response. My doctor seems burnt out and just going through the motions of whatever checklist Providence requires. The dr I saw basically disregarded all of my symptoms as anxiety, and prescribed antidepressants instead of wanting to figure out the source of all of my symptoms. I am in perimenopause!! He is a great example of what is so wrong with our healthcare system.
The service I get at my office is excellent with every person I have contact with. I enjoy every moment from the time I arrive to when I leave .
