This place was such a godsend to my family. My loved one was experiencing acute mania, and the care and kindness provided was top notch. They took time to slow down so my loved one could get the info they needed, and the nurse practitioner Erin was so understanding. The figured out the issue, provided meds and care, as well as a safety plan so everyone was safe. My family can breathe again.
I took my partner here to get help and when I call or when his parents call we are told that he isn't in the system and that if we keep calling they will block us. All staff are really unhelpful and no he is not a private patient.
Erin was amazing, I struggle a lot with a mariad of mental health issues & she was calm, caring, and reassuring. We came up with a game plan, she gave me as much control as I wanted over the game plan. She was sweet & wonderful. I wish I had known about this place years ago.
