I contacted the insurance company to inquire about the status of my referral. The customer service experience was extremely disappointing. The representative did not allow me to speak, raised their voice, and ultimately terminated the call. I have never encountered such rude treatment before.
I love coming here! The parking lot is nice and big, the front desk staff are very welcoming, and Dr. Max Shapiro is kind and caring Happy patient Toni Watson
I like Axminster but I wish they had concerted their Patients before they moved to a building that if you’re there more than an hour you have to pay for parking they only validate for one hour I’ve had to pay twice since I shouldn’t have to pay anything for parking.
Super ghetto single mother nurses with clown make up and freaky eyebrows at the front desk. Lazy and slow service. My brother broke his leg. The black x ray technician talkin bout black power and taking his sweet time talkin about bbq with the other staff. Staff is just giggling away as patients wait. So glad I have Kaiser insurance.
