it's been 1 year living here already, and we dont want to leave. management is really helpful when it comes to different situations. We got laid off and we talked to them to see if they could understand. She did a great job giving us options so we could stay and we could be able to go through our situation. We recommend Providence at the Heights! We love being right off the bayou trails and having easy access to multiple freeways. Everyone is friendly and we always feel safe. Staff and maintenance are quick to take care of any questions or concerns we have.
We moved in almost 4 months ago and I can honestly say we will be renewing our lease for the upcoming year. The community is quiet and well kept. Our neighbors are friendly and we love the area the apartments are located in! When we moved into our apartment our unit was clean and move in ready! I got a 3 bed/2 bath with a couple of roommates and the experience started off not so great. We were suppose to move in mid to late January, however they told us that our apartment wasn't ready yet. I was still out of town at the time and my roommates tell me they have a temporary place for us while they prepare it. I simply love Page the Office Manager she goes out of her way to assist in anyway that she can. This is my second year living here the complex is quiet and in a great location.
we absolutely love it here. it's so safe and quiet! apartments are great, huge and very clean!!!
The Management and staff are amazing, very accommodating. Maintenance is always on time and very efficient.
