Caring staff and doctors.
If I could give a negative 100 stars I would. One would be remiss calling what this clinic provides 'medical care.' It took them nearly TWO hours for a routine initial visit and the doctor had no clue what he was talking about. Following the appointment I called to complain and was told that my experience was clearly 'traumatic' and that they would put in a care complaint to be reviewed by the medical director and that I would receive a call back. Extremely Disrespectfull to patients. Student Dr.s ,and the preceptors don't listen to heart, or listen to patients, & treat patients as if they are stupid. Very disappointed in current (4-'25 to 9-'25) preceptor(teachers), compared to previous attitudes, and careful abilities. ( I have many specific incidents to report, to many to write here; and situation is frightening actually, in such a small town.)
Front desk team needs more training in familiarizing themselves with different types of documentations and please READ THE PT CHART BEFORE YOU SAY SOMETHING. My client is unable of being alone so as his ALF administrator I escorted him. I was denied to escort him but the staff are also unable to assist him inside the room??! They took us all in circles and denied me, denied my clients guardian on the phone, and the care coordinator!
