My PCP sent my referral incorrectly back in March and I had to call to follow up two months later only to get an apology and rescheduled for the end of June. I now just find out via their email system that they have to reschedule my appointment again. This exacerbates the problems people are already going through.

Terrible if you’re looking for consistent care. If your doctor leaves they make you go through the whole new patient process and everything all over again even if you miss your medication.

I went to the ER seeking help after a suicide attempt. I was treated like dirt from the moment I got there. My ER doctor laughed in my face (I'm a trauma survivor. It was worse that they were touching me, doing something that was supposed to be caring for me when they did this) they laughed saying "well, with everything you took, at least we know your not feeling any pain!!! I’m extremely upset about my experience. I have suffered with depression and anxiety my whole life. It’s been very difficult for me to work up the courage to get help. I was initially excited for my appointment because I thought this would be the start of something great for myself. I was wrong. Laura was rude, unfriendly, dismissive of my feelings.
