This company does not care about their tenants or properties. The owner is a billionaire, while we are living in bug infested apartments that are falling apart, with raw sewage running through the grounds that kids and pets are playing in. Management is extremely irresponsible, and sometimes impossible to get into contact with. With the office closed to public, it took a month and a half of phone calls and emails before I could get in touch with someone.
They are unprofessional and I have been trying to reach them for days. The management on site is none existent and has left my apartment to potentially burn down with water leaking from the roof into an electrical socket . I have tried several months 2 years to be exact trying to get this resolved
Horrible management staff and properties. They do not care about the tenants or their safety!!!
Needs better employees. Have very poor communication skills. Hire outside contractors that have no knowledge on anything they do and talk to tenants like their dogs. Very poor management company.

He has not received security deposit yet after being deployed. Severe flooding problems led the closet inhabitable after tons of communication with no success. Is this how you treat renters none the less our people working for our country?
