With that said, the Food is excellent!
Stunning dinner. As a formerly adopted son of Philadelphia circa 2006-2010, I’m relieved to know that the dining scene is thriving in the City of Brotherly Love. The dinner was advertised as 26 bites over multiple courses. Not that I was counting, but it felt that that number was surprisingly exceeded. The construction of the food, the service of said food, and the taste of same food were world class. Put this spot at the top of your list if you’re heading to this part of the world.
I went to Provenance this past Saturday with a friend, and it was one of my most anticipated reservations in a while. It was technically accomplished and occasionally brilliant. But ultimately, it failed to be innovative or unique enough to justify the expense. Service The team was professional but detached.
