It is amazing that the technician Robbie just looked at our leaking shower faucet and pointed out that replacing the washer will fix it. He fixed it in 20 min. The other plumbing company told us that they need to tear down the walls to go inside to fix the pipe, and so on. I am so glad that we look for a second opinion. This company I definitely would recommend highly.

Water spigot outside broke off and they promptly came out to fix it but said they need to cut a hole in the wall to fix it. I said do what you need to do. I was in another state at the time. They fixed it and left. I cam in to inspect it today and I’m very unhappy. The hole looks like total amateur hour was in full swing. It’s going to cost me more to fix this abortion of a hole than the cost to fix the spigot. I thought they would at least cut a hole in a professional manor so it could be repaired easily later. An exterior hose bib broke off, so we had to shut off our water at the street. Without water, we needed someone as soon as possible. A short conversation on the phone and David showed up in about 30 minutes. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. While I can't speak for more complicated tasks, I highly recommend them for the work they did.

They responded quickly on a Sunday and did the job quickly and effectively even though it was in a tough spot. Thankful we found them!
