We were very nervous having our son away for so many hours a day, but everyone at Proud Moments in Rio Rancho have made this transition so much easier! I can't thank them enough for taking our son and treating him with so much love and care! Great staff and communication!
I can not express how much I love Proud Moments RR. Ive been taking my daughter here for over 2 years now and my son for at least a year and I have seen so much improvement. The techs and bcbas really work hard to not only help your child but also the parents in understanding how to communicate and handle behaviors. I also want to give a shootout to Ms. Angel for her positivity, excellent communication and her amazing heart. ❤️
This place has been great. My daughter loved coming here, seeing everyone and participating in all the things they had for her. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and did an awesome job with the kids. I highly recommend!
Both of my children attend and I have nothing but respect and gratitude for everyone that works at the Rio Rancho location. The BCBAs adjust their plans and lessons to encourage and support my kids. The techs are all genuinely amazing people and interact with every child. The Admin Director goes out of her way to be present during the pick up/drop off times so parents can talk to her. She knows the names of all of the kids there. Truly wonderful center!!
My daughter and son love going to their sessions with their techs as they work on social skills, emotional regulation, and many other areas. Proud Moments Rio Rancho is 5 star quality!
