protocol is okay... when I call I got tech sent out right way Cheryl was good at understanding I need a tech I just don't know why the parts protocol sale are not good quality I might NEED condensed pump already I AM just two year IN install WITH NEW SYSTEM....I DONT KNOW LOOK LIKE MY OLD AC AND PARTS WAS MORE BETTER HAD 14 YEARS IN NO PROBLEM...... NOW I PURCHASE MAINTENANCE PLAN LOOK LIKE I AM GOING TO NEED IT. STILL ONLY 15%OFF PARTS .... !!!! BUT SERVICE WAS GOOD TEC WAS GOOD AND CHERYL GET SOMEONE TO ME IN TIMELY MATT... read more

MICHEL V. Protocool personnel are very professional and we have used them for many years. The service personnel are knowledgeable, and explain what needs to be done and provides the repair efficiently. I recommend Protocool.

I am always very impressed when I encounter a company that COMMUNICATES effortlessly with each other, it seems to be a rare occurrence anymore. After leaving a frantic voice mail that my AC wasn't turning on, Chris called me back and had a repairman come within the hour. The repairman was extremely knowledgeable and fixed my issue. I am so grateful for the prompt response and amazing repairman!

The guys (and gals) at Protocool are lifesavers. I have a particularly unique loft unit which encompasses two full floors of a 5 story building. My job was a task and a half due to the heat load involved with 24 foot ceilings and 24 foot floor to ceiling Hurricane resistant windows. My family has used Protocool for many years. They have always provided good service and even fixed problems that other companies couldn't. They have been honest, straightforward and accommodating. I highly recommend them. They certainly aren't the typical contractor.
