I received quotes from 6 of the best reviewed AC contractors in the area and went with Protocool not only because of their competitive pricing but, more importantly, due to their obvious expertise and great customer service. They did a great job replacing my old unit and I couldn't be happier with my new investment. They also followed up multiple times after the job, not about final payment, but to see how I was enjoying the new setup. Thanks again!

I have been a client of Protocool for 4 years. My condo association recommended them. I have had a yearly maintenance agreement with them since their first visit. Their customer service starts at their headquarters with being easy to set appointments and jumping when a real emergency comes up. Justin is the tech that has serviced us and his expertise is only exceeded by his friendly manor. I only wish all Florida contractors would run and staff their business like Protocool. Thank You!!!!

I signed up for Protocool’s yearly maintenance program and am very happy I did. John came out, when I called, to clean my coil and was nice enough to answer all my questions and I feel comfortable that my AC will keep me cool all summer

I cannot say enough great things about Protocool. From my first call, to rapid dispatch of a professional technician, to a quick identification and fix of the issue, to convenient payment methods, what started as an emergency for an elderly parent in a heat index of 100 degrees, quickly turned turned into a very happy experience. Excellent service and follow-up. The owner, Chris, explains exactly what Protocool includes in all of its installations. He is very thorough, so you'll know exactly what you'll be getting. The technicians did a great job installing the unit.

Overall from the beginning every step of the way of the inspection of my cooling system was explain in detail slow and very professional manner I was please the technician and the receptionist I was very happy that I call them first and I will be their customer for now on thanks protocool.
