Unfortunately, my experience with Protocol Property Management was difficult enough that I felt it necessary to lawyer up. While I won’t go into every detail, I personally found the process of dealing with Ann Chung, the owner, incredibly frustrating and stressful — enough that I wouldn’t go through it again, no matter how appealing the property.
The entire team at Protocol is very professional. They always respond to emails within 24 hours or less. We recently needed something done and Ann and Nadia were on top of it. They sent Luis who was quick, clean, professional, and did a great job. I have been impressed with Protocol since day one, and I have been working with them for almost 3 years! They are taking advantage of people, don't fall for their scam. Do not pay them.
They're worst in real estate to provide service. They lie to the tenants while closing/after move-out. Not at all trustworthy. I don't have option to give 0 start otherwise I'd have given that. They're not co-operative at all. Specially, Ann who works here. There are fake good reviews for this company.
