ADT Has installers in the field who are committing fraud! A man came to my home to install my system. After he put the wall panel up he told me that I could not get cameras because I had Verizon internet. Shouldn’t he have asked that question before he even came out? Or before he put up the wall panel? I told him that it would be pointless then. Why would I need ADT without any cameras? My experience with ADT has been great. Joey installed the system, asked good questions about how I'd need to use it, and left me well equipped.
I agree with ever bad comments about this company. It has been a total Nightmare just dealing with the incompetence of their customer service representative…. My opinion they are hiring cheaper laborers and skipping out on hiring professional and hard working good skilled employees !!!!! It shows up in the quality of there customer service level that they have on staff representing this company……..Honestly…All jokes aside it’s really bad management I wonder who owns this company ? They should fire 🔥 the all the bad employee... read more
Avoid them at all cost. They will do anything to work around their policies and leave you stuck with faulty equipment. Their techs will avoid making visits for troubleshooting and mark them as completed without actually doing anything and their managers try to cover it up. Their 90 day money back guarantee is as fake as Santa Claus and they know it. Their customer service representatives are rude and never understand what you are trying to explain. Save your money.
Why do the low battery automatic calls come at 5am!!!! Why not 8. Or 9. Or 10. Or 11. Or 12. Or 1pm. Or 2pm. Or 3pm. Or ANY OF THE OTHER TIMES!!!!!
