We had ADT with our previous home in Nebraska over 15 yrs had a few issues. Moved to Tx 4 years new contact that says we locked in 5 years but was not told that at installation. Issues with or ring camera not recording and going off line in spite or our internet working. The increased our fee 2 times in 4 years and automatedly took the payment out without notification about the increase. No contraten!!! Manejan una política de cancelación ilegal!!! Hace 6 años contraté a esta compañia pero dejé de usarla por meses por que lo sensores no funcionaban bien. Hablé para cancelar y por todos lo medios intentan que no lo hagas y me ofrecieron por 6 meses un precio promocional y que me enviarían a un técnico a que me dejara listo mi sistema sin ningún costo con tal de que no cancelara. Absolute garbage customer service. Long wait times. They just want your money they don't care about supporting you once they've got you.
They have the lost customer service I have been with them for over six years in the last eight months someone broke in my house and stole my car and items out of my house and the cameras was not recording. Just last night my son and car almost got stolen from the front of the yard and my cameras was not working again. I asked them why my camera is not working and they can’t give me an excuse, but they want me to troubleshoot for my phone instead of calling a technician .
