Absolute garbage customer service. Long wait times. They just want your money they don't care about supporting you once they've got you.
They have the lost customer service I have been with them for over six years in the last eight months someone broke in my house and stole my car and items out of my house and the cameras was not recording. Just last night my son and car almost got stolen from the front of the yard and my cameras was not working again. ADT Has installers in the field who are committing fraud! A man came to my home to install my system. After he put the wall panel up he told me that I could not get cameras because I had Verizon internet. Shouldn’t he have asked that question before he even came out? Or before he put up the wall panel? I told him that it would be pointless then. Why would I need ADT without any cameras?
