The gentleman there did not want me to spend money on something I didn’t need. Then proceeded to give me tips on fixing what my problem was would definitely recommend this place to anyone new with tech or not sure how tech works
I'm techie. I've built many systems before. Was stonewalled on a new build with all new parts (except the PSU) and very frustrated. Took it to ProTech and he helped me discover that the PSU was the issue - which didn't even cross my mind. His prices were very reasonable and I appreciate him, will use him again and recommend him. He knows what he's doing and he is honest - things that are rarer and rarer in the IT world these days.
Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable service. Jeremy is always willing to help in any way he can. We rely on ProTech for computers, repairs, upgrades and more. They always go above and beyond.
