Because this company cannot obtain the contracted rate for the services they provide ( the service I need is prosthetics/bras due to a double mastectomy) with Humana Health plan, they are taking it out on Medicare Humana plan by no longer accepting their members. This shows the integrity of the owners as well as the rude workers who answer the phones and just place you on hold. I have contacted Humana Health plans to file a complaint as well as CMS who governs Medicare. Providers who use these tactics ought to be penalized o... read more
