Pro Star was awesome. Great customer service, quick and professional. They under promise and over deliver.
I was very satisfied with their service. They responded promptly to my bee problem and after three days the bees were gone!
too expensive. $185 to treat one bees nest is too much money. nest was not high up on the roof. Just were the roof meets the exterior wall. about a 5 min job. I thought that they would look over the whole house and treat any bees nest that they found. will not use this company in the future.
The owner/operator of the company was on time, polite, and did a great job.
Arrived within the range of time, explained the process, was quick and thorough, and eliminated my bee problem.
They called me back immediately and we're very thorough and came earlier than quoted. Great job!!

People who know me know that I rarely give such raving reviews. However, they exceeded my expectations beyond what I could ever imagine. They called me within 30 mins of my looking them up on the app. I value proactivity. Then, they came out the next morning. They took care of the severe problem on their first visit. The next time I have a pest issue, I will use them.
