Excellent customer service...Anastasia was so professional and efficient. I was nervous about selling my jewelry (which I no longer used) not only did she explain everything but she made me feel that I was not pressured to sell. i visited Prospyr in Del ray beach ,fl this past week to sell gold jewelry from my deceased wife. I worked with Anastasia Prospyrs account executive & she was knowledgeable & anything she needed a second opinion on she would get the store manager who was also very helpful.
