Renting from Prosper Real Estate has been one of the worst experiences I've encountered as a tenant. From the very beginning I was unable to move into my unit on the date stated in my lease because they were making repairs. That wouldn't have been an issue had they credited me for that month's rent amount that I that to pay upfront. They refused.
