It has been the tenant that has been given us a hard time. The tenant scammed the state for rental assistance, called my field agent racist, has been difficult to work with in regards to showings and verifying how she will be paying her rent, and then we were made aware of a $1500 water bill that had to be paid by the owner before it rolled over to property taxes. Wish they had better communication. Prosper Real Estate is probably losing a lot of business due to the people answering the phones who don't know how to make appointments, look at a calendar, verify days/times, etc. I called to cancel and reschedule a showing. The lady offered to cancel and said I could call back to reschedule. Why not let me reschedule today? I let her know my availability right away and she said, "we probably didn't have openings at that time this week, that's why you were scheduled for 2:45 pm." Okay so.... read more
Christopher was very friendly and polite, my boyfriend and I looked at a house for rent and he was able to answer all of our questions.

They're not what they say they are they kick families out on the street in the middle of the month when all your rent is paod and say the mail lost your checks just so they can charge you a late fee
