Prosper Family medicine is fantastic. Don’t pay attention to the previous reviews about the front desk staff being rude. I have been a patient here for years. They used to have an old rude and crabby receptionist who has now thankfully retired and the front desk ladies as well as the medical assistants are wonderful!! Dr. Pandey is the best. She is kind, listens, teaches and spends as much time as necessary to thoroughly care for her patient. Just a Fantastic bedside manner.
While they seem to know their job, the doctors do not know how to do things that follow insurance guidelines and a free annual physical ended up costing me over 500.00 out of pocket, then they billed my insurance for a hearing test that they did not perform so they got free money. If you go here make sure they code your insurance proper or you will pay!!!
