I have been living here for about 3 years & it has been great! Porsha is awesome & Christine as well. They respond quickly to any maintenance request & are always professional! Neighborhood is always clean & quiet.
My experience here is one you would have to actually experience to understand yourself. I don't take lightly very professional folks and those who know how to also be a blessing in disguise while doing their jobs as they should. And that is what Ms Porsha and sweet Ms Christine has done for my children and I. If it wasn't for their professionalism and their compassion, my children and I wouldn't have a roof over our heads right now and for that I'm grateful. It is very quiet and peaceful over here. Prospect Apartments I would highly recommend to anybody, it’s very quiet, well kept community, maintenance responds in a timely manner. Mrs. Porsha (property manager) and Mrs. Christine they care about you and your family and the community is like a family in it self, so yes highly recommend!!!
