Let me tell you the $432 for “The accent tile. That was 12 inches by 12 inches. Nowhere in our blueprint will this fit. The glass accent tile is also not as thick as our subway tile. The installer was told to build up behind it to make it fit. They also refused to refund or return the tile. They say it’s in your contract, no refund.
