I had a really disappointing experience with ProSource Wholesale Floor Coverings. My cousin, who has an account there, was helping me purchase flooring for a very specific application, a hot room with high heat and humidity. There was so much confusion and conflicting information from staff about whether the product would actually work in that environment. I really enjoyed working with Shane at ProSource. He listened to what I wanted, I showed him a picture and he took me right to the carpet that was perfect for my project. He thoroughly explained the padding as well. Shane stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process, which was a lot shorter than I expected. The install went perfect as well and my carpet is beautiful. I totally recommend ProSource and Shane.
