Walked in and was not greeted by a single staff member. Walked around for 15minutes and still not a single person asked if I needed help. Very unfortunate as I am looking to remodel my bathroom.
Had wonderful selection and the perfect tile for me, sucks that they won't sell to you unless you're a member....
Do not use this company at all. This company is a rip off. Not only do are their prices high, they tell you they don’t take returns for new unopened boxes that they sold you. The representatives lie and when make you over order everything and uses “potential waste” as the excuse but they will definitely over order and not accept your returns... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
Great inventory and all the staff were super helpful and friendly.
