I had to wait 5months for them to come install a kitchen counter top. They kept giving one excuse after another and saying end of week. NEVER do business with them again and will never refer them. It took threatening to sue them to get them to do the job!!!

Brian and Jenn at ProSource Erie listened attentively to our kitchen design goals, and they designed a beautiful kitchen for us that met our desired budget. Brian and Jenn are extremely friendly and helpful. They met with us several times to review and adjust the kitchen plans to meet our needs. We are very pleased with our experience at ProSource Erie.

I called ProSource and spoke with Joe letting him know I had a deadline as I would only be in town for a short time and was hoping to have a job done while there. Joe and Todd communicated with me quickly and efficiently to try and meet my timeline, both were kind and helpful on giving me advice that met my needs. When the carpet arrived (in the timeline they gave me, however I did expect delays as manufacturers and shipping are almost never on time in this economy) they immediately had Justin and TK over to get the job done... read more

Ordered flooring with them, they sold me 2 different thickness of the same flooring. They told me it would be in then delayed, told me another day delayed, and yet again told me another day and delayed. They blamed the company they bought it from, and kept giving excuses why it's not their fault for ordering the flooring. Explained the order was put in wrong from their part. Worst flooring store. I recommend ANY WHERE ELSE.
