Ecoshield lied about the price and all of the sudden I can't call and get any information or make any changes on the account because they put it in the owner of my houses name but yet continues to charge my card for an outrageous amount.

EcoShield came to our house unsolicited and knocked on the door in a private - no solicitation neigborhood. Their employee even asked to come in the house and use our bathroom. They performed no services and there was no contract signed. Soon afterwards, they started calling us incessantly demanding a credit card for payment and for cancelling the contract or they are going to send us to collections. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Their sales guy came to the house and convinced me to switch services. (shame on me) I have had this service since April 2024 and the bugs inside and outside my house are TERRIBLE. When you call customer service you are transferred overseas. This is not a local company!!! Their contract says you will see an influx of bugs for several months!!! What???!!! Because they use a c*** product or is watered down. Door to door neighborhood scam!!! Stay Away ! Salesman lied about services.They didn't complete services that I paid for and whenI told them I was unhappy more than once and ******* to dicontiunue services they charged me ****** to break contract. Never called to schedule an appoinment to resolve issues.

Update:So upon signing up the service guy (****** the bug *******************)told me that he would cover the initial service fee and that I wouldnt be charged anything for 45 days and it would only be 160( which is why I signed up)However this was a lie! I woke up this morning, with the company trying to charge my card 149$. So now its been 4 days which over the 3day cancellation period Im responsible for the 149 plus 151$ (cancel fee).The guy who came out and did service was great but initial guy was a liar!Cleeford! Scam Alert We called, emailed, waited on hold for enormously extended periods of time (several times) begging them to cancel the services but they would not listen to us. We were told we could cancel anytime but that seems not to be the case. I feel thy are a predatory solicitor. I recommend to everyone to avoid doing business with them.

I have caught as many mice over the last year with them, as any year without. They won't let me cancel even after my contract is up. Nobody answers the phone.

Poor service with this company. You can’t cancel without costing you. They tie your hands if your not happy with them. If a salesman comes to your door. Just say NO.

This company does not have a good customer care. You call them and they are not able to resolve the issue. I was charged twice for my services and have been on the call but this person could not resolve my issue and I have been asking him whom to reach out to. Please avoid this company.
